The mission of C-MANC is to optimize maritime benefits by providing advocacy for the sustainable maintenance and improvements of California harbors, ports, coastal and navigation projects.
We’re happy you want to join in our future! The activities of C-MANC are funded by the payment of dues, nominal meeting attendance fees and donations in support of the Golden State Reception. Fiscal years run from July 1 though June 30. Membership dues are not pro-rated.

Large Deep Draft Harbors

Harbors handling 3 million tons of cargo and over annually.

Harbors handling from 700,000 to 2,999,999 tons of cargo annually.

Manufacturing 500 to 1,499 employees; Wholesaling 10 to 99 employees; Services $ 2.5 to $14.49 Million; Retailing $ 3.5 to $16.99 Million; General Construction $ 3.5 to $16.99 Million; Special Trade Construction $ 1.0 to $ 6.99 Million; Agriculture $ 1.0 to $ 6.00 Million.
